I am a BHS qualified Instructor with over 20 years experience teaching all levels and abilities. I am also a qualified Equine Sports Massage Therapist and British Dressage Trainee Judge. I have my own livery yard where I can teach and massage from, I do also freelance work around West Sussex at various yards and Riding Clubs.

My favourite hour of the week - my yoga class

I ve only been attending for about 6 months but the benefits are so noticeable .

Initially attending for the physical benefits of maintaining mobility , the mental benefits of calmness , focus and clarity have been obvious.

It’s a beautiful location, with a lovely instructor and gorgeous local people.

It’s easy to commit to going weekly as I love it.

-Do more of what you love !

-Look after yourself mentally and physicality

-Surround yourself with a like minded tribe

Thank you to everyone who has listened to the first episode of un-bridled , yes people have listened !!!

It’s a work in progress with my creative mind have loads of ideas with no skills, so I m having to just try and go slow and learn as we go .

The next episode will be out on 18th March and features our first guest Stephanie Clarke .

Stephanie is an amateur rider who last year took her lovely PRE horse “Ted” to compete as part of GB in the championships of the MCI competition “The Masters Du Cheval Ibérique “.

She talks openly and honestly about her journey with horses as a child to how she manages with a full time professional job to do it all now !
She really is a wonder women. Her early start in life as a county swimmer clearly created a disciplined work ethos and we laugh about her spread sheet organisation!

Welcome to Unbridled where we talk about anything and everything equestrian! In our first episode we give an overview of what's to come as well as introducing ourselves as new podcasters! We hope you enjoy!

The episode is an introduction to the pod cast and a steep learning curve for Paris and I .

It’s not perfect, but it’s fun and each episode will bring laughter and hopefully some good insights into my mind and our guests.

We have a fab line up of guests for the next 8 weeks for the first season of Un-bridled.
