What a weekend of bowls in the unbelievable heat of mid-afternoon. A good win on Saturday in the first round of the National Top club competition but a loss in a tightly contested WS league match on Sunday.

First taster session completed. The weather for the first couple of hours didn't help but as soon as the rain stopped the public came out. Thank you to everyone who came along & had a go. Plus a thank you to the club members who supported the event. Next open day Saturday 13th June.

CHICHESTER Bowling DAY

A few photos from Saturday. What a glorious afternoon, the weather gave us it's best, the green bowled brilliant & the mayor's opening wood finished within a foot of the jack. (Well done sir)
The beer afterward went down very well. Thanks to everyone who helped make this such an enjoyable day.
