If your baby goes to sleep beautifully… only to wake again 30–60 minutes later, you’re not alone. 🤍

These early wake-ups are often known as false starts, and while they can feel completely random, there’s usually a reason behind them.

• Too much awake time.
• Not enough sleep pressure.
• Difficulty moving between sleep cycles.
• A change in how they fell asleep.
• Hunger or discomfort.

The tricky part? The answer isn’t always an earlier bedtime or keeping them awake longer. Every baby is different, and getting to the root of why it’s happening is what helps you make changes that actually work.

At Sleeping Bunnies, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sleep advice. Our approach is tailored to your baby, your family and what you feel comfortable with, combining years of experience with evidence based sleep knowledge. 🐰💤

If evenings currently feel like a never ending cycle of settle → sleep → wake → repeat, come and join one of our Online Sleep Sessions.

We’ll help you understand your little one’s sleep, what could be causing those frustrating false starts, and the practical changes you can make to work towards calmer evenings and more settled nights.

✨ Ready to understand your baby’s sleep rather than keep guessing?

Three-year-olds: zero logic, 100% confidence 😂

And sadly… they’re not going to wake up one morning with a beautifully structured plan for bedtime, naps and overnight sleep.

That bit is down to us.

Little ones need us to create the boundaries, rhythm and consistency that help their bodies understand when it’s time to slow down, switch off and sleep.

If bedtime has become a two-hour negotiation, they’re waking repeatedly overnight, getting up at the crack of dawn or everyone is just permanently exhausted, it might be time to make a few changes.

And that doesn’t mean being harsh, rigid or doing something that doesn’t feel right for your family.

At Sleeping Bunnies, we help you understand why sleep is difficult and give you a clear, realistic plan that works for your child, your parenting style and your goals.

Because your toddler might have absolutely no plan…
but you can. 🤍

If sleep is becoming unsustainable, come and work on it with us, check out the link in our bio for all the ways you can get support.

If you’re so tired you can barely remember what day it is, the last thing you need is another generic sleep tip telling you what you “should” be doing.

Your baby is unique. Your family is unique. And your sleep support should be too.

At Sleeping Bunnies, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all plans. Our bespoke sleep support is tailored around your baby or child, your parenting style, your routines and, most importantly, what you feel comfortable with.

Our advice is grounded in sleep science, shaped by decades of combined experience, and delivered with warmth, reassurance and zero judgement.

Whether you’re dealing with hourly wakes, endless settling, contact naps, early mornings or bedtimes that feel completely unsustainable, we’ll help you understand what’s going on and create a realistic plan that works for your family.

You don’t need to try harder. You may just need the right support, at the right time.

If you’re ready for personalised sleep advice that feels supportive, practical and completely tailored to you, we’d love to help. 🤍

Do it your way and we will love supporting you to do it your way.

If bedtime has started to feel like the longest part of your day… you’re definitely not alone. 😅

You start the bedtime routine at 7pm and somehow it’s 9pm and they’re still asking for another drink, another cuddle, another story, telling you something very important about a snail they saw three days ago… or suddenly practising gymnastics in bed. 😂

And the hardest part? They can be absolutely exhausted.

Maybe they’re struggling to get up in the morning, emotional over the smallest things, melting down by late afternoon or just seeming constantly tired, yet when bedtime comes around, they somehow find a second wind.

If bedtime is taking hours, your toddler or preschooler is fighting sleep, waking through the night or you’re constantly questioning whether their routine is actually working, our Toddler & Preschool Sleep + Behaviour Workshop is for you. 🤍

We’ll help you understand why bedtime has become such a battle and give you practical, realistic strategies to make evenings calmer, help your child get the sleep they need and give you your evenings back.

No one-size-fits-all rules. No judgement. Just support that works for your child and your family.

If you have a toddler, you’ll know this is basically a perfectly normal Tuesday. 😂🙈

You open a text… and before you know it, your toddler has somersaulted off the table, kicked your coffee across the floor and is demanding a snack they definitely didn’t want five minutes ago. 😂

Toddler life is busy, unpredictable and, at times, completely exhausting and sometimes what looks like “challenging behaviour” can be closely connected to how well (or how little!) they’re sleeping.

💤 Sleep and behaviour really do go hand in hand.

If you’re navigating bedtime battles, early mornings, night waking, nap struggles, big emotions or simply wondering “Why is my toddler suddenly doing this?!” our Preschool Sleep & Behaviour online sleep session is designed to help.

The online session is suitable for little ones aged 1–5 years and covers toddler and preschool sleep, how sleep can impact behaviour, and practical strategies to help you understand and improve both.

Because sometimes a little more sleep can make a big difference. 🤍

The summer holidays have been chaotic, bonkers and completely full-on. 😅

The juggle of home, family, work, social plans and everything in between has, at times, left me feeling completely depleted and like I’m running on empty.

And if I’m honest, there have been moments where I’ve thought, “I just need to keep going.”

But I’m becoming increasingly conscious of the importance of filling my own cup and looking after myself, not just because I need it, but because I don’t want to continue carrying the burdens, patterns and expectations that have been passed down through previous generations.

Because the thing is…

We have a choice. ❤️

If you feel like you’re carrying previous generational burdens into your parenting, please know that the control is yours.

You can make changes whenever you feel ready. You can choose to do things differently. You can break cycles, create new patterns and give your children something different to carry forward.

And so often, that change starts with you.

With your mental health.
With your wellbeing.
With your mindset.
With giving yourself permission to rest, reset and look after yourself.

And for me, that always, always, always starts with sleep. 😴

Because when we are rested, we have more capacity to regulate our emotions, respond rather than react, make positive choices and show up as the parent we want to be.

Sleep isn’t selfish.
Looking after yourself isn’t selfish.
Filling your cup isn’t selfish.

It’s part of breaking the cycle.

So if the summer holidays have left you running on empty, perhaps this is your gentle reminder that you matter too. 🤍

And if you’re ready to make a change to your family’s sleep, I’m here to help.
