Slightly non-work related, but I snapped these pics last night whilst capturing a rare evening out as a family. Teen was home, Tween was off tech, Hubby was feeling good and dog was happy to be out for a walk (well she always is!!) I found myself capturing the moment in my head and heart and it was a great reminder to stop and appreciate the things that really matter to us.

There’s nothing wrong with asking for what you need without saying sorry!

‘Stressed’, ‘tired’, ‘overwhelmed’, all words I’ve heard clients use today to describe how they feel right now.
Allow yourself time and space daily to really breathe...where do you go that allows this? (Mine is the beach in this picture!) who are you with? What are you doing?

Have you ever felt like you don’t belong? Ever doubted your accomplishments? Ever felt like you don’t deserve your current job, client, situation?

Imposter Syndrome is where we tell ourselves we got where we are by luck rather than by our hard work and accomplishments.
Here are some hints to help;
1. Observe the thought rather than engage with it?
2. Put thoughts into perspective “does this thought help or hinder me?”
3. Reframe your thoughts; “I am accomplishing.....” “I am here because...”
4. Share with someone - seek support
5. Visualize your success
