Root & Rise returns to Chichester — another step in the ongoing development of my Handstand Journey, a method shaped through a lifetime of practice, teaching and continuous exploration across Brazil, the UK and internationally.

This workshop will also be a taste of the Angola Teacher Training: an introduction to the art of transmitting knowledge, not just learning skills.

For capoeiristas, dancers, yogis and movement people — come explore, root, rise and discover how your practice can become something you can share with others.
