BE WHERE YOUR FEET ARE.
How many times have you caught your mind wondering mid workout and come away having half arsed your session, Or sat with the kids and you've been caught staring into space.

So important to try and stay present in every situation, I know easier said then done and something I'm continually working on.

Phone on airplane mode, thoughts and ideas written down before you start your activity (brain dump) and stop the mind wondering before it wonders too far.

Any more suggestions greatly appreciated!

Still majorly obsessing over my new blonde locks๐Ÿ‘ฑ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ (thank you ).

I've set myself a goal this week to learn how to curl my hair properly. Yeah you read that right, a non fitness, nutrition related goal.

My clients all have a similar goal in mind when it comes to training, to feel good (the looking good part comes as an added bonus๐Ÿ˜‰).

They have careers, children, full time jobs and businesses.

They train and we laugh, we talk (in-between sets of course!) we bounce ideas off each other, they work fecking hard and go home feeling accomplished.

I support them where I can, push them when needed and dial it back when they need the break. Life happens and things no doubt will get in the way. I understand that.

I am so privileged to have a part to play in all their journeys, I just hope I inspire them as much as they do me.

SMALLER DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN BETTER.

Loosing the pounds for valid health reasons is amazing, a certain celebrity has just shown this. BUT shrinking in size is not always the answer.

Will your 'goal' weight make you happy or would changing the way you perceive your body help?
Just because that 'goal' weight made you 'happy' a few years back what's to say it will do again??
Would perhaps having a healthier relationship with food and not labelling them good or bad work?
Would the thought of standing on the scales and not seeing the number you wanted dictate your mood? Or would going by how your clothes feel be a better approach?

Just a few things to contemplate before putting such a big empthisis on making yourself smaller!?

Our value as an individual is not determined by our weight.
