We didn’t create TPI to be a destination for athletes, but so that we could teach golf, fitness and medical professionals our philosophy and assessment system so that THEY can become a destination for athletes.

Posted • One of the common characteristics in some of the faster swings in golf is a slight upward acceleration of the golfer’s center of mass in the backswing.

This helps them to unweight in transition and push more forcefully against the ground in the downswing.
