Yes it is and we can’t wait!! We are back at 6.15am and kicking of with our ‘Weighted Wednesday’ Bootcamp! Join us in person at The New Park Centre or on Zoom (join the Hub on Facebook for the Zoom link)! If you are joining us online then dumbbells are required for this session…

PRICING:
Zoom will now be PAYG only and will remain at £5 per session.

In person will continue as PAYG for £10 per session OR…

Monthly Bootcamp Membership - £75

We have decided to extend our break by a few weeks so we can work on making bigger and better after the good old CV has made things difficult for us once again! Helloooo everyone, happy 1st September, a whole new month of opportunities (and school - thank god for school hey)!

We are back with on Monday 6th September at 6.15am and there is not just 1, not 2 BUT 3 options for you…

THE SIX FIX:
This is our 6 week signature Bootcamp where you commit to 18 sessions. The aim is to attend as many in-person Bootcamps as you can, however, if you can’t you can always hop on Zoom from wherever you are!!
Price: £150
6th September - 15th October

PAY AS YOU GO:
After the success of this over the past 2 weeks we have made the decision to keep this option allowing you to drop in to our in-person Bootcamp anytime you like. No need to book, just rock up, pay (with contactless) and you’re in!!
Price: £9

ZOOM:
Online is here to stay soo if you can only join us from home then this is for you. We will post the links on our Facebook ‘ Hub’ the night before so if this is the option for you then please request to join to access links and updates.
Price: £5
Unlimited Monthly Pass: £50

We really are nearly there!!!!!

We hope you have all had a lovely weekend and are feeling ready for a fresh week! If you would like to join us then we have 3 PAYG sessions this week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.15am. All sessions are held at The New Park Centre, no need to book, contactless payment on arrival (£9) and you just need to bring a mat and water!!!

Hello Babes and happy Sunday, hope you have all had a fab weekend!! So tomorrow is the start of our 2 weeks of Pay As You Go for our 6.15am Bootcamp!! There is not need to book, just rock up to The New Park Centre with a mat and some water, pay your £9 (with contactless) and you are in!!! If you wanted to pay for the 6 sessions upfront then this will be £36!!

Can’t get to us in person? Then join us on Zoom for £5 - if you would like the link send us a DM and we will get it straight over to you!!

We can’t wait to see those of you joining us with in person or on our screen bright and early tomorrow morning…

Hello Babes, hope you’re all ok and surviving the Summer Holidays!! We are absolutely still here, but like lots of you probably are, we are just balls deep in ‘The Juggle’. Anyway, we have a little update which we hope will mean we get to see a few more of your faces…

From 16th - 27th August we are doing 6 ‘PAY AS YOU GO’ Bootcamps at The New Park Centre! These will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.15 - 7am, £9 per session (card payment on arrival) OR buy all 6 sessions for £36!!!!
