Stage 1: The 90‑Minute Formula That Actually

The research is clear: adults get the biggest long‑term benefits from around 90 minutes of resistance training per week.

So Stage 1 keeps it simple — bodyweight only, joint‑friendly, and achievable for every starting point.No equipment. No pressure. Just the foundations your body actually needs.
Strength. Mobility. Low‑impact conditioning.
Build consistency here… then we increase the difficulty in manageable chunks in Stage 2 and Stage 3.If you want results without pain or overwhelm, this is where you begin.

A lot of my clients come to me with the same issue.
After surgery or a health event, they didn't just lose strength. They lost trust in their own body.
Every movement felt like a question. Am I going to hurt myself? Is this safe? Can I actually do this?
That's not weakness. That's a completely normal response to what your body has been through.
I get it more than most. In 2020 I went through a stroke and a heart procedure. I know what it feels like to look at your own body and not trust it anymore. To wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again.
That trust comes back. Not all at once. Not in a straight line. But it comes back.
At GEPT Specialist Personal Training we start small. We build evidence. Movement by movement, session by session, until one day you stop second-guessing yourself and just move.
That's what rehabilitation training is really about. Not just getting stronger. Getting confident again.
