We are proud to congratulate owner, Rachel and gym manager, Alice who competed at the A/WPC European Championships in Ireland 🍀 placing 1st and 2nd in their age and weight categories! They put up their best squat, bench and deadlift and winners are calculated based off overall total and BW 🏆
They were both successful in securing multiple European and World records across their lifts which are huge lifetime goals 🌎
They are both coached by our manager, Callum who has coached them both for over 5 years now, getting them both to multiple international competitions. We are so proud of the 3 of them and their results show how great a team they are and how lucky we are to have them 🤩
