Lovely lite session today & a nice little natter after.👍

If you would like to improve your mobility & everyday function why not pop along this Monday at 11.00 or Friday's at 11.30 for 30 minutes of lite movement exercise & enjoy a nice cuppa & natter after.
The gym for people that don't do gyms.👍😃

Never let anyone tell you it can't be done.
Diagnosis of Head & Neck cancer 6 years ago, weight went down to 10 1/2 stone from 18 stone in six months & the usual treatment.
Now 61 yrs old, a nice weight of 14 1/2 stone & just passed my level 2 gym instructors course.

Hope this shows anything is possible, never give up.😃👍🍻🍾
