David Catton was just 19 years old when he passed away suddenly in December 2005.
He was a hugely talented bowler from Cambridgeshire, who had been awarded the prestigious Times-Taylor bowls player of the year just 9 days earlier.
He was also a wonderful person and his loss was devastating to all that knew him.
David had previously undergone a heart transplant in the year 2000 at Papworth Hospital.
The tribute set up in his name “The David Catton tribute” is delighted to be supporting the Royal Papworth hospital charity raffle this year.
