Eventually you realize that life is nothing but a parody of yourself practicing for your own oblivion.
We have become so accustomed to material and social slavery that we no longer see the chains.
Life is a short journey, live it! Collect memories, not material things!

Today is a sad day I have had to make the decision to close outwood taekwon do due to not enough students the last lesson was going to be Wednesday the 26th jan unfortunately I have had an email from outwood academy saying all bookings with the school are to be postponed with immediate effect due to unforeseen circumstances so my classes will finish as of now anyone who has renewed their license may train at any other heart of England school I would like to thank everyone who has trained with me over the years take care keep safe

Thank you to everyone that turned up to train tonight was so good to see the old faces and some new ones although a basic class gives me an idea where people are at after 18 months will gradually start ramping things up each lesson will soon be back bigger faster stronger 👊
