Stand Road Park

Stand Road Park The park is a public park located at Whittington Moor, Chesterfield and is owned and managed by Chesterfield Borough Council. In case of an emergency call 999.

Facilities include children’s play areas, a multi-use games court, skateboard park, football pitches and a pavilion. The park friends are a group of volunteers who have come together to work with, and on behalf of, the community of park users to improve our park. We want to transform it into a community park that will be safe and enjoyable for everyone. WHERE SHOULD I REPORT A CONCERN ABOUT THE PA

RK? CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR: Report any incidents involving crime, including violent and threatening behaviour or criminal damage to the police by calling 101. PARK MAINTENANCE: Report any concerns about park upkeep, maintenance, play equipment in need of repair, grass cutting, litter, dog fouling etc to the council by calling 01246 345345

Friends of Stand Road Park are supporting this event that the Council are putting on. We shall be making available light refreshments at the pavilion ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit squash and biscuits) for a modest donation. We look forward to seeing you there. Fingers crossed for good weather.
