🟡⚽ Farewell, Owen ⚫️⚽
Today we say goodbye to Owen, who has made the difficult decision to leave Tupton.
Fittingly, Owen played his final games for Tupton today at a tournament, and what a way to finish! 💪🏼 He rounded off his time with the team by grabbing a goal and an assist – a perfect reflection of the player he’s become.
Owen has been an incredible player and it has been an absolute privilege to watch him grow, develop and progress throughout his football journey. We’ve loved being a part of that journey and couldn’t be prouder of everything he’s achieved.
He’ll be hugely missed by everyone in the team – his teammates, the coaches and all the parents. His positive attitude, commitment and talent have made a lasting impact on our team.
A special mention also goes to his dad, Mark. His dedication has been second to none. Even when Owen couldn’t make a game, Mark was still there supporting the team from the sidelines. That level of commitment and support never went unnoticed, and he’ll be just as missed as Owen.
We’d like to thank you both for everything you’ve given to Tupton. We wish Owen every success with his new team – they’re not only gaining a fantastic footballer but also an amazing dad to have around the club.
