Whilst everyone is different, the way we form habits and repeat those actions is generally the same.
I work to create new habits that will help you not just whilst we work together but through the rest of your life.
I use an app to help you with workouts, but also the other times when I'm not with you. This will be through habit coaching programs, daily check-ins and meal plans if appropriate.
Inside the gym we will put together a plan so you're clear as to what to do when you're in.
Whether we have 1 session together or 2 or 3 a week you'll always know what to do. In our
sessions we will learn key movement patterns in an aim to get stronger, more agile and better coordinated.
