Final week of classes…

Hey loves, here is the reduced schedule for our last week of classes here at the Chesterfield Pod.

Classes are super busy & have waiting lists so if you can’t make it please cancel your spot so someone else can get their pod time in 💜

Workshop: Somatic Embodiment 💜

With
Sunday 28th June
1-2:30pm

Somatic practice is a body centred approach; tuning into the feeling state, away from the thinking mind.

Wren will guide you into the session with a somatic meditation; becoming aware of the sensations that are present.

From these sensations we can bring our inner world to the external through shaking, dancing & moving. This cultivates a deeper connection and helps regulate the nervous system.

To round the practice off we will come into deep relaxation, integrating the experience back to our inner world. 🌎

Join us Sunday 17th May at 2pm for our Flow for CALM - an incredible charity that do so much incredible work around dissolving stigma, supporting prevention & raising awareness of su***de & mental health ~

All proceeds of the class go to the charity 💜
