Despite them feeling money and being at lifetime best strength levels, I'm dropping Rack Pulls for a bit to see if it helps my recovery for Deadlifts and Squats.

As I've progressed strength my lower back fatigue has been much more noticeable on recent leg sessions. I want to maximise those lifts so I'm happy to drop this movement for now.

So subbing in weighted Back Extensions for my second Pull workout. First time today so took 90kg for 7,8 first exercise in.
Took my time working weight up until the load felt right for my desired rep range.

Going with a wide grip, not quite Sn**ch width, squeeze the Lats by externally rotating the Shoulder and lead with the Upper Back on the movement.

These felt very very good, obviously slightly more taxing being a novel stimulus but the Mid Back pump was absolutely superb and the Hams got a bit of a working too.
