Zumba Dance/ Fitness Zumba Former professional dancer Angie teaches the Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party for all. Its a blast! Its different! Its easy!

A Zumba fitness party combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits. A Zumba class creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercises, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes. Its effective! Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water. Come join the fun!!!

15 years of teaching Zumba 💃✨

What started as a simple love for dance turned into a lifelong passion for helping others feel confident, strong, and joyful. Over the years, I’ve met incredible people, shared countless laughs, and watched so many of you grow—not just in fitness, but in confidence too.

Every class, every song, every smile has meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone who has danced with me, supported me, and been part of this amazing journey.
