🌟MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🌟

Today we are celebrating Jen and how far she has come in her kickboxing and fitness journey 😁

Here's what Jen has to say:

"I joined the club 3½ years ago after having my children, wanting to lose weight and do something for myself. What started as a fitness goal has completely transformed my life. Not only have I achieved a huge body transformation, but kickboxing has given me a passion for fitness and taught me how to push beyond my limits and challenge myself.

The confidence, discipline, and determination I’ve gained through training have helped me reach goals both inside and outside the gym. Since joining, I’ve earned my brown belt, become part of the fight team, and I’m now working towards my black belt.

One of the biggest benefits has been becoming part of such an amazing community. The club feels like a family – I’ve made great friends, and everyone supports, motivates, and pushes each other to be better. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m excited to see what the future holds."

Its amazing to see everything Jen has achieved with us and we are excited to continue to support her and watch her smash more goals 😁💪🔥

This group brings it every week, and tonight was no different—everyone stepped up, showed growth, and earned their new grades with confidence and composure.
