Cody put in a good performance, not his day, but he gained valuable experience

Ginner took a few boxers over to Epic GG at Newark this afternoon, meeting up with Alfreton ABC, so a good selectionof boxers. All boxers gained valuable experience.

A BIG thank you to Will drain cctv surveys Ltd! 👏

On Friday , we had a flood in the gym caused by a blocked drain and the heavy rain. Will came out on Saturday to survey the drains and discovered a hidden manhole underneath our drive.

Will then returned this morning, Bank Holiday Monday, to clean, wash and survey the drains again to make sure everything was completely clear.

The work has been carried out so quickly and cleanly that, thankfully, we haven’t had to shut the gym or cancel any training. 🙌

A BIG thank you to Eddie Jarvis as well, who has been at the gym for the last three days, organising everyone and making sure the clean up was completed, as well as opening and closing the gym while the work was being carried out.

And finally, thank you to everyone who has helped out this weekend it really is appreciated.
