🌟Project you is for each individual to achieve whatever goals they set so is perfect for building up your fitness levels and getting to see huge results for yourself!
🌟So how it works is we plan each week your workouts and optional food planning (not strict dieting but healthy swops only with foods you like) to suit you.
🌟Then each week is a different strength training session to complete at twice a week with me at the warehouse plus home workout challenges to complete. i can help with your food planning or you can make a plan and send me to check over and i also advise additional cardio sessions to be done in your own time we also have a private support group chat and i’m on hand to give any tips and advise throughout the course x all those who have taken part and put the work in have had great results!! i can help motivate and support but effort is needed for success x once you reach your target it helps give you the tools to maintain your new and improved body and healthy lifestyle x
🌟Drops ins are subject to change but usually take place mid week 4.30pm or 7.30pm, Fridays 8.30am and Sat and Sunday 8.30am or 11.30. The cost is just £60 for the 8 week course so much more affordable than pt sessions! 🌟Let me know if you have any other questions or would like to book a spot 💪💪
