Back to a full squad.....

Back to a full squad for tonights game with dave returning from injury. Manager James got The gold army fired up and ready to go...

Whistle blown and amies gets us underway. Holding the ball and making afc tahn run doggies. It was clear the gold army was here to make there mark. With a quick through ball to Jack. He gets his head up and plays a square ball to James. Who pulls out a devastating half volley that rockets in the net. GGOOAALLL 1-0. And the ref had to check var on this one because he was convinced Roberto Carlos struck the ball. What a goal. Underway again and its not long before amies get the ball and play it out from the back. With another lovely through ball jack finds himself 1v1 with the keeper and makes no mistake. GGOOAALLL 2-0. Coming up to half time and jack plays Ryan in and takes no prisoners smashing the ball first time. GGOOAALLL 3-0. And the whistle goes for halftime.

Afc tahn gets us started again and they pull out a quick attack and score ther first. 3-1 the boys in gold retaliate with a quick ball to Marcus who takes his man and places one in the corner. GGooaall 4-1. The golds quickly gain the ball and James once again paces past his man and slots home another one for amies. GGOOAALLL 5-1. Afc tahn make another mistake as the ball gets played into Tristan who holds it up. Drops the shoulder sending his man the wrong way and smashes it home. GGOOAALLL 6-1. Not long before the final whistle afc tanh manage to grab a lucky 2nd goal. 6-2. Then James to take matters into his own hands and bags his hattrick. 7-2 the final score and the ref awards James with the match ball. What a game that was. Speaking with the fans after the game and they've all said the same thing. James has created a dream team and it's a pleasure to watch.

AND HERE IT IS.

Start of the new season started today. And alot of things have changed. From lee appointing James Roberts as manager. And with alot of players going back to there home clubs James had alot on his plate. With a couple a new signings and a quick change around in the squad due to keeper dave being injured. the gold army was ready for there first game.

Whistle blown and its game on. Amies start by passing the ball between themselves. Having a few touches here and there until sports hall boys intercept the ball and hammer it in. 1-0 and the away end jump with excitement. The gold army go again and step it up a gear playing a fast pace game, playing lovely 1, 2 football until trystan pulls out a quality turn and puts the ball in the back of the net. GGOOAALLL 1-1 and the kop roar. Quick restart and amies gain possession. New signing jack slips a lovely ball through to lee who squeezes through 2 players and slots one in the bottom corner. GGOOAALL 2-1 and its game on. Its not long and the golds take control and Keeping the ball. Then jack dances his way around 2 players and smashes it in the net. GGOOAALLL 3-1 and the crowd go wild. Coming to the half time whistle and trystan spins off his man and places one in the top corner. GGooaall 4-1 and whistle blown for halftime.

Sports hall boys gets us back underway and it's not long before amies fc nick the ball. And jack once again dances hisway through the defence and bags his 2nd. GGOOAALLL 5-1 and the fans scream his name. Soon after James flicks the ball with his head and runs onto the ball leaving his man for dust and smashes home amies 6th goal. GGOOAALLL 6-1 and some fans jump on the pitch to celebrate. It's not long after amies play some incredible football and trystan once again takes his man and fires one in the net. GGOOAALLL 7-1 and that's a well deserved hatrick for him. Final whistle approaching and jack gathers the ball. Megging one player and sending another player the wrong way. Fires the shot. GGOOAALLL 8-1. That's a hatrick And what a way to start his first game.. whistle blown for full time.

Absolute scenes tonight for there first game of the season. And the fans had an amazing time.

We get knocked down.... but we get up again.......

Tough match tonight as amies fc take on second in the league klaggy reus. With there main keeper out with an injury it wasn't looking bright for the gold army. With a quick shuffle of the team amies fc was ready and prepared.

Whistle blown and klaggy gets us started. With the players of amies hounding down there men it wasn't long before they intercepted the ball. Sticking to there original game plan. The gold army was keeping hold of the ball until Tristan brown makes a magnificent run and slots home amies first goal. GGOOAALLL 1-0. Klaggy reus then puts a ball over the top and leaves reserve keeper Ryan Thompson helpless as they score there first goal. 1-1. Amies then retaliate. Distributing the ball down the wing for James Roberts to slide a ball into Tristans path. Who makes no mistake and smashes the ball in the back of the net. GGOOAALLL 2-1. Coming up to the half time whistle and the golds fall asleep. With klaggy not only scoring 1. But 2 goals making it 3-2. With the whistle blown for half time the boys head to the changing rooms.

With an important half time team talk and a change of tactics. The boys go again. With high pressing tactics put in place the gold army had full control. Marcus Galloway makes a darting run down the wing leaving his man for dust and places a perfectly timed shot. GGOOAALLL 3-3. And we've got a game on our hands. It doesn't take long before amies reclaim the ball and yet again Marcus makes a darting run and makes no mistake. GGOOAALLL 4-3 and the golds have woke up . Coming up to the final whistle Liam Doncaster plays a ball over the top. klaggy reus keeper gave away a silly penalty. Lee yates steps up to the plate and makes no mistake. GGOOAALLL. 5-3. Just into stoppage time and klaggy defence man humiliated lee by nut megging him only for lee to sn**ch the ball of him and smash home his 2nd. GGOOAALLL. 6-3 the final score and the fans couldn't be more proud. What ever was said in that changing room at half time. It worked. What a performance from the boys.

What a time to be alive!!!!

The gold army are still on a high after there 13-0 victory last week. But back down to business the boys train heavily for there upcoming game against afc bruceball.

Whistle blown and amies fc gets us underway. Playing there quick 2 touch football afc bruceball soon realised they had a game on there hands. It wasn't long before lee yates took matters into his own hands and fires a shot bottom right of the keeper. Ggooaalll.. 1-0. Amies fc soon pounce on the ball and take control. There play is absolutely clinical. Until lee yates once again finds space and pulls the trigger. GGooaalll 2-0. The boys in gold hound down there men and take full possession. Until trystan brown makes a run down the wing twisting and turning. Then sets up James Roberts who makes no mistake and smashes home there third goal. 3-0. Absolute scenes at amies fc home ground and the fans are bouncing with joy. The boys in gold then step it up a gear and keeping hold of the ball. that's when the secret weapon (trystan brown) slips his man with some magical skill and slots it in the back of the net. Ggooaallll 4-0. And the whistle blown for halftime.

The boys nicely refreshed and there straight onit. Nicking the ball in record time. Then they start playing out from the back. Then lee yates does a perfectly timed step over and takes his man then slots home his 3rd goal. GGooaall. 5-0 and that's his hattrick. Afc bruceball make a quick deadly mistake and lee yates acts fast nicking the ball and takes his chance. GGooaall 6-0. Coming up to the final third and lee yates collects the ball. Out of nowhere he pulls a screamer and it rockets in the top corner. GGooaall 7-0 and the fans erupt. Coming up to the final whistle and just when you thought it was all over amies fc have a corner. Afc bruceball was to busy arguing on what men to pick up. Ryan Thompson fires a quick ball to James Roberts who makes no mistake and smashes it home. It was like watching trent and origi absolute scenes 8-0 the final score. Every player was quality. Thanks to.all the fans that turned up tonight much appreciated. And as you all would sing. 'And now your gunna believe us........ the golds are going up'.

WE WANT TEN!!!!!!

After the performance last week. The players have been put through some challenging training skill all week in preparation for there upcoming game against Norfolk and good.

As a reporter it's my duty to report on the game. But with a performance of a lifetime, and there was so much going on it was unbelievable Jeff 😳. I was unable to get the ins and outs of the game.
But all game amies fc set the pace. With 98 percent possession. There confidence on the ball was out of this world. Playing a quick 2 touch football Norfolk and good didn't know what was happening and couldn't keep up. 13 - 0 was the outcome and Amies fc have smashed another record in the league. 🏆the most goals scored in one game 🏆 not to mention there 2nd ever clean sheet.

You can't win them all..

Tough game today for amies fc. Playing top of the table with barely a team.
Lost 5-1 but our captain James Roberts scored an outstanding goal.
Back to the drawing board in preparation for next week.

THE GOLDS DO IT AGAIN AND MAKE HISTORY!!

Amies fc players returned this week after being on international duties, And the boys have done nothing but train for there upcoming game today against somersal fc. With over 3700 tickets been sold, and 3 vip guests. The boys got prepared.

Whistle blown and amies take the kick. Passing the ball and distributing out down the wings. Amies take full control of the game. With shot after shot, but just couldn't squeeze it in. 16 mins into the game Ryan Thompson plays a lovely square ball to lee yates who dances in-between 2 players and fires... GGOOAALLL and the fans erupt. 1-0 amies fc.
Coming upto the half time whistle and Ryan Thompson yet again squares the ball only to find James Roberts who places the ball in the bottom right corner. The keeper had no chance GGOOAALLL 2-0 amies. Half time whistle.

Somersal fc starts the second half and amies chase them down like hounds. It's not long before the gold army take control, yet again playing some unbelievable football. Half way through the second period our captain (james) steps it up a gear. With Carl plumride playing a beautifully well timed lofted pass from defence. James sprints onto it like a greyhound putting him 1v1 with the keeper. He makes no mistake and screams the ball in the back of the net. GGOOAALLL. 3-0 Amies and the fans try storming the pitch. Final 5 and amies fall to sleep. with somersal fc lifting a ball over the top. Keeper dave liversidge was left defending for himself. Dave didn't disappoint and pounced like a panther gathering the ball.

Amies fc for the first time have had a clean sheet 🙌 onwards and upwards. This is our year. Undefeated this year so far. Thank you to all of the fans that showed up tonight and a special thanks to the vip guests. we hoped you enjoyed it as much as we did. Ticket office will be open Wednesday till Sunday. First come first serve basis so get them early to avoid disappointment. Hope you all had a great weekend. Until next time 💛💛⚽️
