Another day, another “I’ve had an idea”… and a few weeks ago, a fountain turned up! ⛲️😂

Now the work has officially started on Project Fountain! fingers crossed it looks as good in real life as it does in my head!

Keeping on top of regular maintenance across our properties is important to us.

This weekend we’re sweeping moss from the roofs at Storforth Lane Trading Estate — something we carry out every year as part of the ongoing maintenance of the site.

With the estate busy throughout the working week, jobs like this are always easier to tackle out of hours, helping us get the work done with minimal disruption to our tenants.

Another regular job keeping the estate well maintained and looked after year-round.

Our finished tree sculpture 🌳

What was once an old tree trunk has been transformed into this incredible woodland carving.

A truly unique piece that will remain part of the estate for many years to come. The detail is absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to for creating this for us.

The water garden really comes to life at night ✨

Carefully positioned lighting brings out the waterfall, tree ferns and outdoor seating areas, creating a completely different atmosphere after dark. We’re really pleased with how this has turned out.

A very special arrival at The Green Hall Estate

This magnificent bronze fountain sculpture was purchased from and carefully delivered by

Originally sourced by the late master sculptor Roger Pearson, it formed part of his personal collection, which contained only pieces of exceptional quality. There aren’t many examples like this around, so we’re incredibly grateful it has been released to us and can now begin a new chapter at The Green Hall.

We can’t wait to show you the finished result once it has been installed.
