🎾 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED PLEASE! 🎾
The Chesterfield Regional Learning Disability Tennis Tournament 2023 is swiftly approaching! Mark your calendars for Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th of July!

Every year, we host a special tennis tournament dedicated to players with autism and learning disabilities who journey from all over the UK. This year is no different, but we need your help!

Can you spare a few hours of your time to lend a helping hand and create a supportive atmosphere for our players? We need volunteers to assist some of the players during their matches, making the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible for them. πŸŽ‰

If you are interested in volunteering for this wonderful cause, please get in contact with our Tournament Organiser, Andy Bell.

Just back from an unforgettable weekend at the Rothesay Open Nottingham! 🎾 We saw hundreds of families embracing the love for tennis, diving into a variety of engaging activities. from Activeace and I had the pleasure of showcasing wheelchair tennis ♿️, giving everyone a chance to experience this incredible sport in a new way. A big shoutout to Charlie Pick for handling the "Come and Try Tennis" event πŸ™Œ - it was a hit!

On top of all, the fans got to see some top-tier tennis pros battling it out in the qualifying rounds. The competition was as fierce as the roasting weather β˜€οΈ - we may have melted a bit, but our spirits remained high! 😎

In short, it was a weekend full of fun, learning, and tennis galore. Looking forward to more such events. 🀩

This weekend I’m here at Loughborough University as Team Manager for England North Wheelchair Tennis at the .

I’m so proud of the performance by team England North. Lucas lost his 1st singles but then made a massive comeback and won the 1st consolation round. Izzy has made huge progress since last year and won the doubles with her partner in crime Alice. Also Alice shocked herself by winning both singles and doubles.
