🚗 A LITTLE REMINDER FOR EVERYONE TRAVELLING THROUGH HANDLEY

We just wanted to make our members and visitors aware that the speed limit through Handley has changed from 40 mph to 30 mph.

As a club, we want to be considerate of our neighbours and the local community, so please take your time, observe the new speed limit and drive carefully when travelling to and from Aldersey Green.

We all share the roads around the club, and a little extra care can make a big difference. 💚

🦢 A LITTLE SWAN SPOTTING AT ALDERSEY GREEN! 🦢

Our resident swans and their youngsters are enjoying another peaceful day on the course. 💚⛳

It’s always a pleasure to see our wildlife making the most of the ponds and surrounding areas – another reminder that there’s plenty more to enjoy at Aldersey Green than just the golf!

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN ⛳

A little look back at Aldersey Green Golf Club before the first tee shot was ever struck…

This is an original planning drawing of the course, showing the vision for what would become Aldersey Green.

The course officially opened in August 1993, and over 30 years later, we're still welcoming golfers to enjoy the course that started from these plans.

From an idea on paper to the course we know today — quite a transformation! 🌳⛳

✍️ Include your name and a short description of where or when the photo was taken

The 12 chosen images will feature in our 2027 Wildlife Calendar, which will be available to purchase from the Pro Shop.

🎁 And, of course, each photographer whose image is selected will receive a complimentary calendar!

🍂 Hello September! ⛳

A new month begins at Aldersey Green, and there’s a definite change in the air…

For our Summer Members, September is your final month of golf before your membership comes to an end. Make the most of every round and enjoy the course while the days are still with us! 🏌️‍♂️

And as we move through the month, autumn will slowly start to creep in — crisp mornings, changing colours and some of the best conditions of the year for golf. 🍁
