Ground Forces- I’ve been doing a lot of research and learning about how you use the ground. Testing certain forces to see what impact conditions change is great for learning.

For me- this drill reallly helps my path, strike location and speed!

My pre shot routine. Practice swings are so important. Even more so if you struggle with strike. Nothing over complicated on the course in terms of feels. What will this swing produce in terms of ball flight, then commit.
