We have had a great response to the coach education workshop already! For those that might still be on the edge and undecided, I have created a very short video to help give you a push.

Pleased to present a very unique work shop that tackles your mental game issues from an alternative approach. This is not about positive thinking or trying to fight off negative thoughts/emotions.

In this workshop both Nicky Lawrenson and myself present our own thoughts and views on particular topics such as

- Fear and anxiety in golf
- Belief systems and how your thoughts are keeping you trapped in your struggles
- Perception – do we truly see, hear, feel, touch what is actually outside of our body?
- How quantum physics can be related to your golf performance and mindset
- Perfectionism and its trap of frustration

If you can learn to strike a ball of sand you can definitely strike it off grass.

I love helping clients learn to strike it and flight it in to a strong wind....... makes the game a lot easier when you get back on the course.

No wonder Seve was such a great player! My first experience of playing golf was on the beach also! Many many benefits to it (for those that a brave enough to try it).
