Hybrid Work out of the Week for 7th September 2026 from Team Rees Fitness

This week you are going to work out like a sniper.

First you need to get to the target so set off on a 500m, pace yourself you will be running this distance 6 times. Once you get to the target you need to get to your equipment into position, so pick up a heavy plate or kettlebell in one hand and walk 100m with it, swap arms and do another 100m. Then set off on another 500m, to check out your position.

Now that you are near your target its time to get in to sniper position, so get yourself into a plank, if you can manage more than 30sec go for it!

Unfortunately, whilst waiting to shoot you get discovered so it's time for another run. Another 500m.

Your escape hits bumpy ground so you need to do some movement over obstacles. Firstly, pick up two weights as heavy as you can manage and step over a box holding them, repeat this 10 times. As things take a turn for the worse, drop the equipment and do some burpee over box. Drop down to a burpee, step or jump up and over a box and burpee on the other side. . Repeat this 10 times so you have completed 10 burpees in total.

That is your first mission complete. Repeat that whole set for another mission.

Finally, after your second mission, your finisher is some hand to hand combat. Get two moderately heavy dumbbells as you are not completing many reps.

5 Devil Press - basically a burpee with a dumbbell in each hand
5 Shoulder Press - hold a dumbbell either side of your head and Press it upwards until your arms lock out
5 Thruster - Like a shoulder press but at the bottom of the press you squat down before coming bac up to press
5 Squat - hold both dumbbells close to your chest and squat down and back up

That's it, your done, you have earned the bounty, now go and find an internet cafe to sit in and wait for them to wire transfer the payment.

Dear Customers

There has been some confusion with on-line bookings for classes recently. Following investigation with the software company they have identified a bug in the system that they need to fix. This bug is causing some classes to not show online even though they are there and have been programmed. It is not our issue but we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you look online and cannot see a class please can you contact reception to double check for the time being.

I will update as soon as I have something back from the company

Thankyou

Andrew
