Rage Fitness has never just been about burpees and barbells. 💪🏽🧠

It goes much deeper than that.

Over the past few months, we’ve been delivering a dedicated Men’s Wellbeing Programme, supporting men of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to improve physically, mentally and emotionally. Each session always finish with a brew and biscuits in Calm Coffee Group CIC 🧘🏻‍♀️☕️

Working collaboratively with the , the impact has been outstanding, better confidence, stronger connections, improved wellbeing and men genuinely moving forward with their lives.

Massive credit to Andy, who has delivered the programme brilliantly and created an environment where men feel comfortable turning up, talking, training and improving.
