BACK TO IT MONDAY 13th APRIL!!!

To everyone who attends these sessions out in the community and gives 100% energy and effort, a big “Thank You” 🙏.

Eight years ago, when I started this group, I knew there was a shortage of classes for people in their 60’s+ who wanted to stay not only active, but more importantly STRONG into their prime years. And tomorrow looks to be a busy one 😅…

I absolutely love this class and all the different personalities who come. It’s like one big, happy reunion every week and it’s such a fun and sociable class to be a part of 💪🏻🙌🏻.
