Did you know we also offer two weekly mat Pilates classes, using a range of equipment to help build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and support everyday movement.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to complement your yoga practice, our classes are welcoming, supportive and suitable for all abilities.
