Fins Mermaid School Mermaid experiences for adults and children. Participants must be confident swimmers.

our aim to is to make little girls dreams come true by giving them the chance to become real mermaids for a while, we will show them how to put on their tails safely and then teach them how to swim in them safely. wearing a mermaid is not as easy as it looks and therefore any child wishing to take part in this class should be a confident swimmer and able to swim at least 25m with ease. mermaids wi

ll learn how to stand up and right themselves in their tails, how to kick safely and correctly to avoid injury, how to fir breathing in, how to work underwater and variuos other skills. they will learn simple synchronised swimming routines and put their own together using the skills they have learned. of course they will also be allowed free play time in order to just be little mermaids. We also sell mermaid tails, childrens tails are £63, adults £73 please contact us for sizes

Well hello everyone!
We’ve been MIA since we lost our big pool and not able to run any regular mermaid sessions,

However we will be able to run some mermaid experiences at our new Chester pool over the holidays.

We are currently planning 2 x 2 hour experiences for Tuesday 28th May so watch this space for more details. 🧜🏻🧜🏻‍♀️🧜🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately due to lack of pool availability we aren’t currently running our mermaid classes. 😢

It was soooo good to be back with my mermaids last night after the pool repairs stopped play.
We restarted a fresh set of 6 classes with some fitness, some skills and the more experienced mermaids attempted a tic toc inspired poolside entry, which created lots of giggles! Our 3 new mermaids learned some basic skills and will join our main pod next week to build on their skills.

We will be starting a new 6 week course this coming Friday 22nd July. The 45 minute sessions start at 7pm.

If you have a budding little mermaid who would like to come and join us then please get in touch.

Cost is £60 for the 6 week course, which includes the use of our tails, we just need to know your childs shoe and clothes size.

There is no minimum or maximum age! HOWEVER potential mermaids DO need to be able to swim confidently and will undergo a swim test for us to assess the ability to manage swimming in a monofin/skin.
