It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our former player, coach, and Chairman, Matt Morgan.

Matt played a huge role in shaping our club - from securing charity status to leading our mini-soccer section for many years with his trademark hands-on dedication.

His sons, Jack and Thomas, also proudly represented Newton Athletic for many years.

Our thoughts and love are with Jack, Thomas, and all of Matt’s family and friends at this difficult time.

RIP Matt - thank you for everything. Your legacy will never be forgotten.
