Students Come Together for Refugee Week Football Event ⚽️

More than 25 students took part in a Refugee Week Football Drop-In event held at the Exton Park MUGA on Wednesday afternoon.

The event brought together students from a wide range of backgrounds for an afternoon of football, conversation and community building. Reflecting this year’s Refugee Week theme, Courage, the session highlighted how simple acts of participation, connection and inclusion can help create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

As a University of Sanctuary, the University is committed to fostering a culture where people seeking sanctuary feel welcomed, supported and valued. The football session provided an opportunity for students to meet new people and celebrate the diversity of our campus community through sport

We are delighted to announce that our new teamCHESTER playing kit and leisurewear provider is 🔥❤🖤

The agreement will see our competitive sports clubs and staff wearing Surridge Sport kit from the 26/27 academic year in BUCS and wider competitions. There will also be a new leisurewear range available to purchase👕

We will shortly be asking for your input on our new playing kit design... stay tuned 👀
