RECOVERY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART TO YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY ✅️

I am not saying the methods on the right offer no benefit, I am simply suggesting that the masses don't have the basics nailed!

Nothing beats adequate sleep, proper nutrition and a well designed training programme.

The methods on the right tend to be a "magic pill" cash grab for large companies, usually charlatans selling cheap products for 10x the price claiming unrealistic and false effects, also they're usually under dosed...

Don't be a victim to the supplement market! There's always things you can improve before you waste your money. These supplements benefit the elite that need the extra 0.1% increase in performance.

Nail the basics and you nail recovery, expect exponential results once achieved.

Have a few mates but not sure what to do? Or are you simply wanting to meet new people in the gym whilst pushing yourself? I've started "Semi-Private PT" which allows you to specialise whilst you train.

Groups of 4 with similar goals, pushing yourself and each other, this kind of structure allows you have a competitive edge added to your workout, allowing you to push that extra bit harder.

Reasonably priced and you can be in more than one group.

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT

has joined my American Football Pre/Mid Season Sports Programme. We're nailing the foundations now, working on his strength and shifting a little timber. As we enter the season we'll increase the force/velocity making sure he feels nimble and explosive, he will peak in performance during the mid-season. Jewkesy already trains hard, now with a bit of structure and thought behind his programme it's safe to say that I'm more than excited to see the results. I know he'll smash it.
