7 1/2 weeks ago we got 80kg for a 1RM
Now we're taking 90kg for reps & we had some more
left over in the tank

Meet Lillia,

Some of you may already recognise her from me
posting about her first ever Olympic Triathlon,

But let me share a little insight into her training.
At the start of the year Lillia booked her first triathlon,

An Olympic distance triathlon

She came to me wanting to improve on all 3 disciplines,

but what required the most attention was the swim

So initially we got to work on solely technique
Once this was improving we starting to work on her endurance/speed & breathing

Ever session we always start with technique work to really drill home that muscle memory

Next we spent some time at Manley Mere, open water swimming

This was vital as the swim leg was in open water,
After a few sessions, she absolutely nailed it was & very confident

At this current moment, her technique is still improving every week, speed is improving & so is her endurance.

She takes onboard everything I teach & the results show!

Now we're ready for the next race of the season this Saturday at the York Castle Triathlon

First 3 pull-ups 🔥💪

Big win here from one of the Team KSM COACHING members.

A common goal for a lot of people is completing sets of pull-ups - so we set out on a mission to master 1 pull-up.

Then we set out on another mission to get multiple; then this keeps on going… 🔁

A big factor in achieving your pull-ups is exercise selection..

Choosing the correct exercises to do, how to do it & how many.

This can all become very confusing as you’re unsure on if you’re doing it correctly

6 week holiday prep complete 🏝✅

You’re probably wondering, how did we do this?

Firstly we had an end goal, the holiday.

Then we mapped out a training plan that worked around her busy schedule.

Next we focused on nutrition and making sure we stayed within a calorie deficit while getting in everything we needed.

We did this consistently for 6 weeks with ZERO excuses.

Consistency = RESULTS
