There are a few places available on both the 9am and 10am classes. Please message me if you are interested. First class is free so that you can try it out and see if its for you!

The 9am class is now full, but there are still places left on the 10am class. This class is also suitable for non-runners and is aimed at beginner/improver level. Its a great way to start your weekend, and will help you to improve your strength, flexibility, fitness and wellbeing in a relaxed environment. If you are a member of Chester Road Runners, or go along to Chester parkrun, then the first session in free. Contact me to book your place:)

Pilates is a great way to improve your speed and reduce your risk of injury when running. Why not try out one of the new Pilates for Runners classes, starting next Saturday at 10am (a good way of stretching post Chester parkrun!)
