Exercise is medicine for the body. When something is not working right in your body , please ask it gently what it is trying to say. For some reason or other we choose to ignore what our body is trying to tell us. If you don't believe me try these hip exercises to see exactly what's going on with your bad hip or lower back . I bet you your good side can do these exercises no problem at all but what about that weaker side?
Avoid stretching all the time and start strengthening up your weak hips.
