Summer is lovely but after all the holidays, late nights and barbecues, you can end up feeling sluggish and lethargic.

A simple fasting reset can do wonders for recharging energy levels, losing any extra summer lbs and fuel you so you are feeling fresh for the autumn season.

Comment guide in the comments and I will send you a 12 page step by step guide on how to do this.

You can make a start by:

1. Eating as little processed food as possible
2. Cutting out alcohol and fizzy drinks
3. Delaying eating until lunchtime
4. .Reducing or cutting out starchy carbs

Doing this will train your body to be using fat for fuel instead of glucose and then you will be ready to fast!

Well done to my beautiful client Jenehia for amazing progress so far! She has lost an incredible 11 lbs in only 6 weeks and 24 inches!

She has achieved this through hard work and consistency during her sessions and following her nutrition plan which is high in protein and low in sugars.

If you are looking to reduce belly fat, try these tips and you will see a big difference.

Fat is stored energy so you need to reduce your energy intake to allow your body a chance to reduce the fat stores.

Other tips are daily walking, and be mindful of snacks as these will interfere with the fat burning process.

On a final note muscle is underneath fat so no amount of sit ups will give you a flat stomach unless you reduce the fat over the top.

Here are 8 healthy balanced brunches.

If you have the right balance of protein and healthy fats a brunch will keep you full and your energy levels sustained throughout the day.

For a balanced brunch add:

✅ protein - this can be from more than one source such as eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, feta/halloumi cheese
✅ healthy fats such as avocado and olives
✅ vegetables such as mushrooms, chard, tomatoes, beans
✅ fibre such as sourdough toast

Aim for at least 20 G protein per meal.

One egg has only 6g protein so that is something to keep in mind.
