Welcome to the Cheshunt Sports Complex.
For various reasons the Cheshunt Club has had to be dissolved (please see full statement attached for further details)
But on a very positive note the ‘Cheshunt Sports Complex’ has been formed and will operate out of the same premises. The objective of this new club is to operate a facility which will continue to house all sections previously operating at the Cheshunt Club but with a view to making all of these sections self sufficient.
Essentially, each section needs to cover its own operating costs but also needs to support the generic operating costs of such a facility.
The Playbarn Project will locate its headquarters at the club and bring a whole new focus to the place in terms of the support it receives and the publicity it will gain.
The next few months will be hectic as some difficult changes will potentially have to be made. But it is an exciting journey and one we ask all members to get on board with and work towards the success of this venture for the Cheshunt community and its surrounding areas.
