New year new start ,why not try our (Wudang (PTCCI) tai chi classes in Chesham.
Learn about this fascinating system and all its many benefits for your physical and
mental well-being .
Slow and relaxed movements combined with breathing create a sense of calm and
balance.
We practice Form ( commonly seen in parks in china),pushing hands,self defence
and Nie -kung (internal strength exercises).
These classes are relaxed and friendly ,all you need is comfortable loose clothing,
Soft shoes and an open mind .
