Chesham Youth Amateur Boxing Club

Chesham Youth Amateur Boxing Club Friendly local boxing club for both kids and adults. All levels catered for. Our club is friendly and offers a safe environment to train.

All sessions are supervised by fully qualified coaches and everyone is welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to compete. Whilst we are friendly, we also take our boxing seriously and train hard. Sessions vary between fitness and technique, with the opportunity to spar when you are ready. Fitness is an extremely important part of boxing and this is a core part of all sessions

Gym

sessions are split as follows:

Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm Juniors, 8-14 years
Monday 7.30pm – 9.00pm Adults, all ages above 14
Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm Juniors, 8-14 years
Thursday 7:30pm - 9.00pm Adults, all ages above 14

Adult sessions tend to follow the routine of fitness on a Monday and technique/sparring on a Thursday. The people that attend these sessions are mixed in terms of ability, age and gender. Location:
