Played basketball yesterday and tried this insoles.
Wow like floating on air specially I have Achilles heel problem. Highly recommended.

We're delighted to have gifted 20 good-quality, hardwearing table tennis bats and balls to the PE department at CGS today. These will be used in PE lessons and the TT practice/coaching activity at lunchtime for CGS students. Thanks to Bethan Cogger, overseeing the PE Department in Mr Pontin's absence, for taking the time to join us for a few photos and receiving the equipment.

We're really pleased that CGS student Elliot was also able to join us, who we recently funded for their Table Tennis England Level 1 coaching qualification. Elliot will also be using the equipment on Tuesdays in the school's lunchtime activity that he is involved with running as part of CGS's amazing Young Sports Leader Award initiative.

Thank you to all our members, both junior and adult, for all your help and support in making this happen.

We're very pleased to be able to support Chesham Grammar School with their development of table tennis in the school. Through the money you've helped us raise we've recently been able to provide 20 bats and 100 coaching balls for the PE department. These will be put to good use by the school during PE lessons and in their weekly Tuesday table tennis activity sessions.

We have decided to cancel junior table tennis coaching on Monday 19th September given that it is now a bank holiday for the nation to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate her reign.

Congratulations to our 3 newly qualified coaches Chandra, Pranav and Elliot! They all completed their Table Tennis England Level 1 Coaching qualification successfully at the weekend.

You know you're in safe hands when Alison Broe, former international table tennis player and Olympian, is one of the fantastic trainers on the course.
