5 Top Stomach Toning Tips
1. Have a ‘cheat’ day, , yes that means eat what you love!!!
REASON: It actually resets your metabolism to work faster, and burn more fat, and keeps your "craving causing starvation chemicals" in check. When you go back to eating better you burn fat even faster and have fewer cravings than before.
2. Eat small but frequent meals (aim for 5-6 a day!)
REASON: Keeps your metabolism high for the day turning your body into a fat burning furnace!!!
3. Don’t starve yourself!
REASON: Scientifically proven that low calorie diets lead to binging and blow outs. When you deprive yourself of food your body can't function efficiently. Your metabolism slows down so much that your body stops burning fat and starts hoarding fat.
