After eleven years of teaching Pilates , it is time for me to close the doors on my much loved Movement Sanctuary 🥰
Life is gifting me some incredible opportunities at the moment and they are not to missed!
Thanks to each and every one of my clients for teaching me so much . I can sleep soundly knowing that some really good work was achieved here, as well as some healing ❤️‍🩹and a whole lot of gossiping 😂 Thanks too to my incredible online community cultivated over lockdown … wow what a time that was and I will be grateful that we had each other in those moments .
My personal Pilates journey will never cease but for now … keep moving !! ❤️🥰❤️‍🩹💕😂🙏🏻
