There are moments when we all wish we could roll back the clock and take all the sadness away, but i have a feeling that if we did, the joy would be gone as well. So take the memories as they come, accept them all, letting them guide you whenever you can.
Openings, closings. Yin, yang. Happy, sad. The world needs balance. Without the dark, you miss the feeling and appreciation of the light.

🏋‍♀️Nestled in the outskirts of Reading (Arborfield RG2) - The Arborfield Garage Gym is a private training studio available for individuals or trainers to rent by the hour.
Created by F1 Performance Coach, Rupert Manwaring and Yoga & Mindfulness expert and fitness TV presenter, Alexandra Legouix.
The space comes readily equipped for strength and boxing sessions (see below for more detail).

💪STRENGTH SETUP 💪
🏋‍♀️Dumbbells 2-32kg (4 x Olympic Dumbbells for anything more serious), Kettlebells 6-24kg, Squat Rack (with spotters arms and pull-up bar), 2 x adjustable benches, Olympic Barbell, Safety Squat Bar, Hex Bar, EZ Bar, Bumper and cast iron plates, Olympic Rings, TRX, Resistance Bands of all shapes and sizes, Technogym Leg Press, Single handles for pull-ups, swiss ball, bosu ball, mats, spare rubber tiles for creating levels and steps. To come: cable machine & wattbike

🥊BOXING SETUP🥊

1 X 45kg heavybag, 1 x 40kg uppercut bag, option of rubber tile or EVA foam flooring. Gloves 10-14oz, mitts, noodle sticks. To come: boxing timer

Important!! Currently no toilet facilities and no sound system but heating and electricity is included.

Love this 😍Available as hard copies or download able via Prime. Each dvd has 4 x 20min sections that work on different areas / needs. Ideal for Beginners/Improves but any more 'advanced' yogi knows each move has a more advanced option so suitable for all.
Currently working on my 4th and film that in 3 weeks. This one is slightly different and is more of my typical 'Al' style Yoga Flow and will be 30min sections. Any specific requests?
Thank you all for your amazing reviews. Currently dvd 3 is in the top 10 of all exercise dvds on Amazon and just slightly behind Joe Wicks and is the top ranked dvd in the yoga chart so I can't grumble about that 😎
