CHOOSE YOUR HARD!

Let me tell you, being 155kg+ was HARD, In fact it was hell.

Having to sleep with a mask on so that I didnt stop breathing and die, never having clothes that fitted, hating myself more everyday that I woke up, no energy, no motivation....that s**t is HARD!

YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE IS HARD?

Going to the gym when I don't feel like it, Tracking my food, Not binge eating when I feel the urge, Being disciplined, Being consistent, Putting myself in uncomfortable situations in order to learn and grow, staying sober for the last 2 years!

The thing is, we get to choose our HARD, nobody else, just us. Life has a way of making things tough but we get to chose which tough we want to tackle. Battle a weekend hangover or weekend workout? struggle with feeling like s**t constantly or put the effort into tracking and making better food choices? Go the gym when we don't feel like it and stay disciplined or sit on the sofa needlessly glued to screens consuming garbage that makes you feel anxiety and depressed?

Making the right choice as to which HARD we pick can literally transform your life.

It's the 3rd week in January...you know the time when 80% of new years resolutions get binned off. What if you didn't throw in the towel? kept working on yourself and pushing to be the best version of YOU!

Most fitness journeys fail because you have come out the traps all guns blazing, cutting your calories ridiculously low and all of a sudden hitting the gym everyday with NO REST. This is unsustainable, over restrictive and lets be honest no fun.

You do not need to STARVE yourself to lose body fat

You do not need to do endless hours of cardio like a hamster on a treadmill

You do not need to be miserable and rely on WILL POWER to get you through, the thing with will power is it has an expiry date....and it will run out.

BUT......

You DO need to be in a calorie deficit to lose body fat...Its literally the only way

You probably should be eating a little less than you have been and being a bit more active

and you 100% need a plan in place to get from A TO B and not just wing it.

most importantly you need to be disciplined and consistent.

If you commit to yourself for 12 months and dont QUIT, I promise you, in fact I GAURENTEE you will transform your body, health ad mindset. just dont QUIT

My client ALEX with an amazing start to the year...done over half a stone. Alex is learning that scale weight isnt the only metric, it will ebb and flow daily, as long as on average we are going in the right direction and other metrics are improving, such as measurements, photos are looking on point and most importantly FEELING better, then there becomes a point where scale weight is not really the most important.
