Racing round up! 😍

raced Turkey 70.3 and absolutely smashed her first middle distance race! Easily sub 6, with 15 mins to spare 😉This was two years in the making! She loved it so much she signed up IM Wales 🙃

had a tough run in to Valencia Marathon but still came out with a 3.15 😳… two IM Nice builds served him well 🙃 Excited to see what he can do with a smooth training block! Lots on the horizon for 2026! 👀

Super proud of you both! Absolutely love coaching you both! Bring on next season!

Race recaps from the team 😍🫶🏼

is an IRONMAN!!!! A tough build into Portugal but his mental strength & determination pulled him through! What a great effort!!!

and both travelled over to Belgium for 70.3 Heist - both smashing it and having fun while doing it!

has had a tough year with injury and not run more barely more than 5k this year. However after the swim was cancelled at Weymouth 70.3 she had the best bike of her like and finished the run in true grit style! Legend!

ran Rome half in sub 1.30 after a busy year with work and trying to balance all that life offers. Valencia Mara up next 👀

ticked off Battersea hm with a great pb! In her own words it’s taken her 43 years but with a structured programme and she is the queen of consistency we broke the 2 hour marker in 1.56 - this btw was with a head cold!! Next up Turkey 70.3 - can’t wait for this one!!!

So proud of racing together at Thorpe Park sprint triathlon. Today wasn’t about a time or trying to podium but finishing 3rd in her age group was an added bonus!

I’ve been coaching Bee for two years now and her progress if off the charts. Ticks every session off every week.. month after month. I can’t see where triathlon takes Bee over the next year 👀

Next up her first 70.3 in Turkey in November.

RACE ROUND UP

completed the Cotswolds 113.. after two mechanicals on the bike and a 40 min walk back to transition 🫠🙈 he then finished off the run in the blistering lunch time heat! Way to tough it out!!! 💪🏼

was attempting his second time in Nice for the full distance after finishing in 2022.
Unfortunately the heat was too much and some sickness on the run caused a DNF. We know he will be back stronger next year!

completed IM Frankfurt brilliantly after balancing exams in the build up. One of the strongest minded athlete I know she was not letting the 35 degree German heat beat her! Finishing jn 12.08 and 23 in AG.

Well done to the following athletes who have raced over the last couple of weeks!

completed her first ever ever 70.3 at IM Bolton, in just over 7 hours! A great achievement on not too much running and working full time as a vet. Lots more to come from this one!

also completed Bolton 70.3. Jack continues to get stronger and stronger every race, in what was tough English conditions! Super proud of your work ethic again around working full time as a vet! His improvement over the last couple of years has been phenomenal!

and both took on Windsor Olympic and both putting in solid performances. Amanda achieved an Olympic distance PB! Dino finished 2nd in his AG, amazing 4 weeks post IM Lanzarote!!

Next up for all these 4 athletes is London! 🫶🏼🦊

What a day for completing the iconic Lanzarote Ironman. Up there with Nice, Kona and Wales as probably one of the toughest courses out there.

Another big race ticked off for Dino! Two x Nice and now this one! A flat race next time 🙃😂

Super proud of you.. I know the build hasn’t been easy with work pressures but you always turn up on the day and race with your heart, leaving it all out there on the course. I absolutely love coaching you.. 3 years in now and you just keep getting stronger.

Now recover and we go again soon! 🧡💙🤍

Amazing weekend in Spain, racing Marbella 70.3!

This course has to be up there as one of the toughest 70.3’s on the circuit. A wavy sea swim (which was 2.6k this year as they put the buoys out in the wrong place!), 1500m elevation on the bike in 88k and a run on hard sand!

It’s always better to suffer on a course like this with teammates! great battling out there! We were so lucky the weather played ball!

Now for some off season rest, but we go again in 2025!

1.56 at Rome HM! A new pb!

Slowly building the blocks 🧱

Proud of your work ethic, building an endurance base takes times (especially if you have not come from this type of background).. but little by little over time, as long as you are consistent then improvements will come. Sometimes we just have to be patient ⏱️

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year.. we tick off the sessions. Looking forward to seeing grow over the winter months and into IM Nice next year 😅
