🏃‍♀ FROM THE HUB TO THE LONDON MARATHON! 🏃‍♀️

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our incredible Tina, who took on the London Marathon this year — and absolutely loved every minute of it! 🥹🏅

All smiles throughout the course, Tina trained for the marathon while continuing to come to Transform Hub Chertsey twice a week for strength training.

And here's what she had to say... ❤️

“Alongside my running training for the London Marathon this year, I did 2 strength training sessions per week at Transform Hub Chertsey. I have no doubt at all that these sessions supported me greatly and gave me the strength I needed to achieve my goal. 🏁WE DID IT! 🔥💪

“Trained at the HUB, now we are DEADLY!”

What an incredible day at the DEADLY DOZEN! We had 4 solos and 3 couples taking on the challenge, and every single one of them absolutely smashed it! 🙌

From deadlifts, goblet squats, push press and floor to overhead, to lunges, Devil's Press, plate carries, overhead carries and snatches... there was plenty to test us! 💀

And special mention has to go to burpee broad jumps and bear crawls... I think we can all agree those were brutal! 😂

For some of our members, this was their very first fitness competition. The goal was simple: take on the challenge, enjoy the experience and cross that finish line. And that's exactly what they did! 🏁👏

As coaches who took part alongside them, we couldn't be prouder. 💙

This is what all the hard work in our classes is about. Week after week, putting in the work, getting stronger, building fitness and confidence... and then being able to put it all to the test in a challenge like this.

And the best part? Everyone loved it!💙

Huge congratulations to our incredible DEADLY DOZEN crew. You trained hard, took on the challenge and proved to yourselves what you're capable of! 💪🔥
